Additional terms that apply to all bonuses:

• The account is involved in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• A voluntary account closure request is submitted by the player for self-exclusion reasons.

Once an account is closed, any valid balance (after deducting bonuses that do not meet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the outcome of any related investigation.

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to kaya918's international licence holder. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform will first be resolved through negotiation between both parties.

If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to the arbitration process specified by the relevant licensing regulatory body. Players agree not to initiate any legal proceedings against kaya918 before this internal resolution process has been fully completed.
